- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability:
- In no event shall PT APLIKASI ANAK BANGSA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
- PT APLIKASI ANAK BANGSA's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app, or for the in app purchases related to the specific situation that created the liability.
Changes to Terms:
- We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App.
- Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
